Surcharges and Discounts:
From 27 March 2026 to 1 November 2026
- A 10% surcharge applies for a 1-night stay.
- A 10% discount is available on room rates for stays of 4 nights or more.
- A 20% group discount is available for groups of more than 15 people, except on high-season days.
Discounts may be available outside the peak season for members of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA), employees of the MTA Secretariat, employees of HUN-REN research institutions and Secretariat, members of the Hungarian and Széchenyi Art Academies, and faculty members of higher education institutions.

Cancellation policy:
Ordered services can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the booked date. If cancelled within 7 days, 50% of the cost will be charged. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations must be made in writing.
