Brief description of the main scopes

After completing my BSc in Biology at the University of Pécs, I am currently a student in the part-time Biology MSc program at the University of Debrecen. As a member of the Ecophysiology and Environmental Toxicology Research Group at the Tihany Institute, the main goal of my research is to explore and understand the processes of nervous system regeneration at the individual, tissue, cellular and molecular levels in the regeneration biology and ecotoxicology a widely used invertebrate model animal, the earthworm (Eisenia andrei). In my experiments, I primarily apply histochemical and immunohistochemical methods, as well as analytical and molecular biological approaches. Furthermore, I participate in the histological work of the research group's (neuro)physiological and ecotoxicological studies. I am currently available in the histology laboratory of Building A (extension 130).
